Privacy Policy
USCHPA is committed to the privacy of its members.  The association does not sell it's mailing list to third parties.  USCHPA also does not collect private information about any of its members.  All information collected for membership or transaction purposes is kept strictly confidential. 

The association's membership list is available publicly on the website and a full contact list is available to members only.  Members may edit their profile to opt out of the public list and/or the members-only list at any time.

Return/Refund Policy
Membership dues are not refundable.  

Conference registrations are not refundable.  However, in the event of cancellation, conference fees may be applied to future events.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for conference registrations must be received one week prior to the event.  Conference registrations are not refundable, but may be applied to future events.

Shipping/Delivery Policy
Shipping and delivery costs for any durable goods purchased from USCHPA must be born by the purchaser and will be charged at the point of sale.   USCHPA ships worldwide, subject to available delivery channels.
